Business Filing & Certification Fee Schedule


Business filings can be submitted by mail, at our customer counter, or in many cases online.  Filings received by mail are processed non-expedited (first in/first out) and in most cases mailed back to the submitter.  Filings received at our customer counter are processed expedited (while the customer waits) and the customer leaves with their filed/completed document(s).  Many filing types can be filed expedited online and the filings are returned electronically within 1 or 2 business days.
