ATTENTION: Supreme Court of the United States Ruling Affecting Minnesota Statutes 211B.15

In January of 2010 the Supreme Court of the United States decided, in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (Supreme Court of the United States file No. 08-205), that certain limitations on independent political spending by corporations are unconstitutional. This decision affects portions of Minnesota Statutes 211B.15, which relates to corporate political expenditures.
