ANNOUNCEMENTS:- A rare copy of a 1787 U.S. Constitution and a 1789 Draft of the Bill of Rights will be on Exhibit at the Minnesota History Center from April 3 - July 4 As a part of this office's commitment to civic education, Secretary of State Mark Ritchie is pleased to announce that one of just eight remaining copies of the first official printing of the U.S. Constitution and a rare draft of the Bill of Rights will be on exhibit at the Minnesota History Center from April 3 - July 4, 2012.
