If you are a 16 or 17-year-old Safe at Home participant who would like to pre-register to vote, please complete the attached pre-registration form request and Safe at Home will send you a Voter Pre-Registration Form to complete and send back via your regular Safe at Home mail. If you are NOT an active Safe at Home participant, your request will be disregarded.
