Turnout by Age Group

This office compared general election voting history with U.S. Census population estimates to estimate the proportion of the population that voted in each age group. The results generally show that as voters get older, more of them tend to vote, and more of them vote using absentee ballots. Note that this Census data is not limited to eligible voters.
