The Minnesota Secretary of State's office provides Certificates of Status and Copies of Business Documents filed with our office.   

To Request a Copy of a Business Record or a Certificate of Status, choose from the following methods:

1.  Order and download a certificate of good standing online.

2.  Order copies online.

3.  Submit a written request by mail with the applicable fee.  Make the check payable to the MN Secretary of State.

4.  Come into our office to have the order processed while you wait.
