BUSINESS DATA 

The Secretary of State's office offers a variety of information of business data. All orders are fulfilled and sent electronically by email. 

NOTE:  The telephone number and type of business conducted are NOT AVAILABLE from this office.

New Businesses

New businesses filed with this office are available.  An electronic list of names and addresses can be purchased weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. 

The fee for the list of new businesses is charged in advance: 
Weekly - $30 for each business type ordered
Bi-Weekly - $29 for each business type ordered   
Monthly - $28 for each business type ordered

Customized Order Requests

Customized lists can be purchased by business type for specific locations and/or filing dates.  The fee for these orders is charged in advance.  There is a $25 fee for each business type ordered.

Bulk Orders

You can purchase the entire business database or a specific business type.

• Business Corporations
• Assumed Names (DBA or doing business as)
• Limited Liability Partnerships
• Nonprofit Corporations
• Limited Partnerships
• Cooperatives
• Trademarks/Service Marks
• Name Reservations

Name Search Requests

A name search will provide you with a list of business records for individuals and organizations who are listed on those records.

There is a $35 fee for each name searched.

NOTE: A name search can only be provided if the individual or organization name is in the database.  Previous names may not be in the database and may not turn up in the search results.
