Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
Effective July 1, 2013, all UCC forms will change.  However, the new forms will not be accepted until July 1, 2013.  A 30-day grace period will be allowed through July 31, 2013, for accepting the current and new UCC forms.  Beginning August 1, 2013, only the new forms will be accepted and all other forms will be rejected.

The new UCC forms will be available on our website no later than July 1, 2013.

Forms, online services for filing, conducting searches, and obtaining copies as well as Minnesota Rules and Statutes that govern financing statements under Revised Article 9 is provided.

Tax Liens
