The Minnesota statewide UCC database is available for purchase. This database contains all financing statements and tax liens filed with the Office of the Secretary of State. Tax Lien information will be included at no additional charge. To obtain a request form click here.

The data file will be provided on CD-ROM in a wide variety of formats.
