Need a Ride to Your Polling Place?

Need a ride to your polling place on Election Day? (3 options )

  1. Ask a friend or neighbor for a ride to the polls. Polls are often located near where you live, so someone who lives close to you may be going to the same place to vote. Find your polling in advance of Election Day so you can talk to neighbors and friends http://pollfinder.sos.state.mn.us/.

  2. Contact your political party.

  3. Accessible rides are also available for those in the metro area. Call 1-855-50-RIDES  (1-855-507-4337) to schedule your ride to and from your polling place. Trained volunteer drivers will pick you up and take you back home. Rides are available from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. across the metro. Fully accessible vans are ready to meet the needs of all people, including those who use wheelchairs, scooters or walkers.

Call or email now to reserve your ride: publicaffairs@couragecenter.org   Space is limited.
The Rides to the Polls Coalition is a nonpartisan project led by multiple nonprofits in Minnesota.
Reminder: Persons transporting voters to the polls must not in any way try to induce or persuade voters about their candidate or ballot selections on Election Day (see Minnesota Statutes 211B.11).
