RV - Household Mailing Labels include one label for every residential address where there is at least one registered voter.  All labels are addressed to "Registered Voters."

The comma delimited format contains data in a text file. Values are contained within quotes ("") and separated by commas. This type of file can be imported into databases (such as MS Access) or spreadsheets (such as MS Excel).  Note that many of these files will contain more rows than the 65,536 supported by many spreadsheet applications, and some voting history files may have more rows than the 1,048,576 supported by MS Excel 2007. Database software, such as MS Access, may be necessary if you are requesting a large number of records.

The Office of the Secretary of State does NOT offer support for utilizing this data with specific software applications.

At this time only checks or money orders are accepted for orders by mail. For orders placed in person at our offices, cash payment is also an option, in addition to checks and money orders.  Credit card payment in not currently available, but is in development as an alternative payment option.

No.  You may order by mail or in person at either of our office locations in St. Paul.

A Walking List is a simplified voter information list which is sorted by street name, then house number, then alphabetized by last name.  It includes a voter's name, address, telephone, birth year, and voting participation.

No. Printed versions of Public Information lists are no longer available for purchase.

Yes.  Both the Detailed History and Summary History reports are available in .pdf for the entire state.

All statewide lists cost $46 each. Lists for any other jurisdiction cost $30 each. Shipping is a $5 flat fee.

Your order will consist of a CD-ROM and a packing slip detailing your order information. The packing slip will also have a batch number which should be referenced if you have questions.

Once your order is received it will take up to 10 business days for it to be processed and shipped.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. Express delivery is currently not available at this time.

The total size of the content may prohibit electronic delivery. It is for this reason standard mail or counter pick-up are the only available delivery options.
