The 2009-2010 Minnesota Legislative Manual (Blue Book) is prepared and published every two years by this office for the state Legislature. It is a reference guide containing information about Minnesota, its form of government, and its elected officials. Minnesota law requires that the manual include all of the state's elected officials serving in the federal government. Publication of this issue was delayed while awaiting a decision in the U.S. Senate election court contest.
The Blue Book is produced in limited quantities. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Orders are limited to one book per individual, per address.
