• Secretary Simon has dedicated the 2015-2016 Legislative Manual, also known as the “Blue Book,” in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Minnesotans who made it a reality. • The Governor has called a special election to fill a vacancy in House District 46A (Golden Valley, Plymouth, and St. Louis Park in Hennepin County). The special election will be on November 3.
